EMI suppression capacitors are used in a wide variety of applications, such as the suppression of high-frequency emissions and preventing electrical shock to humans and animals. The special features of these IEC 60384-14-certified components are self-extinction in case of fire (UL 94 V-0) and their overvoltage protection. These products are available for both X and Y categories and their subclasses in various voltage, temperature, and humidity protection ratings. They cover applications from consumer electronics to industrial devices and automotive applications with a dedicated series approved according to AEC-Q200.
