Cornelia Vallant
Electronics apprentice, Deutschlandsberg
“After five years as an accountant in plant engineering, I reoriented myself professionally and started an apprenticeship as an electronics technician in applied electronics with network technology at the Deutschlandsberg site.
I have to say: the new start was totally worth it for me. As an accountant, I checked whether the invoices matched the deliveries and actually just shoveled work from one side to the other. The electronics apprenticeship, on the other hand, is very specialized and suits me well. Things are also going very well at vocational school. Learning has always been easy for me, and the fact that I have my A-levels also helps me to cope with the subject matter.”
