TDK Corporation has expanded its ultra-low clamping voltage TVS diode lineup with three new models in the SD0201 series, tailored for high-speed consumer electronics interfaces. These TVS diodes offer compact protection for USB Type-C, HDMI, DisplayPort, and Thunderbolt connections in smartphones, laptops, tablets, wearables, and networking devices.

TDK Corporation presents its new EPCOS B3264xH series of double-sided metallized polypropylene film capacitors (MMKP). TDK Corporation has expanded its C series for commercial multilayer ceramic capacitors (MLCCs) to 1 µF at 100 V in the 1608 size (1.6 x 0.8 x 0.8 mm – L x W x H), with X7R characteristics. This is the industry’s highest capacitance* for a 100-V-rated product in this size and this temperature characteristic. Mass production of the product series began in June 2025.

TDK Corporation (TSE:6762) has expanded its MEMS inertial sensors portfolio with the Tronics AXO315^®T0, a high-temperature MEMS accelerometer with ±14 g input range and a digital interface for measurement while drilling (MWD) applications in the energy market. 

TDK Corporation launches the ADL8030VA, a high-performance inductor designed specifically for power-over-coaxial (PoC) applications. Due to its high impedance over a wide frequency range, this component streamlines the PoC filter design by requiring only one single component instead of the conventional approach with two or more inductors.

TDK Corporation has expanded its YFF series of 3-terminal filters for automotive applications to include higher voltages up to 35 V and higher capacitances up to 4.7 µF. Such components are used to suppress voltage variation and high-frequency noise, which can cause system malfunctions. Mass production of the product series began in June 2025.

TDK Corporation announces the expansion of the MUQ0201022HA series* of high-frequency inductors. The 0201 size (0.25 x 0.125 x 0.2 mm; L x W x T) are the smallest inductors of their kind in the industry with the same electrical characteristics as the existing MHQ0402PSA series, which is one size larger at 0402 (0.4 x 0.2 mm; L x W). 

TDK Corporation has expanded its MPZ1608-PH series of large-current multilayer chip beads for automotive and commercial power supply lines (1.6 x 0.8 x 0.6 mm – L x W x H). Mass production of the product series began in May 2025.

This is the industry’s highest capacitance* for a 100-V rated product in 3225 size and this temperature characteristic. 

TDK Corporation launches B58101A0851A000, the first in a new line of immersion temperature sensors (ITS), designed specifically for EV powertrain cooling applications. This highly responsive, fully sealed NTC thermistor is engineered to provide fast and precise temperature control, e.g., for oil-cooled systems.

TDK Corporation announces the X1 capacitors of the EPCOS B3291xH/J4 series for power line filtering of electromagnetic interferences (EMI) in demanding automotive and industrial applications with a rated AC voltage of up to 480 V. Applications that are exposed to harsh climatic conditions such as PV inverters and EV onboard chargers (OBCs) can benefit from the new X1 capacitors’ high resistance to high humidity environments.
