The candidate list prescribed by Article 59 (1, 10) of Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006 (REACH) was published on the website of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) for the first time on October 28, 2008. TDK Electronics constantly reviews whether substances on this list constitute more than 0.1 percent of the weight of any of its products. To this end, we maintain close contact with our suppliers.
TDK Electronics monitors amendments to the candidate list during early process stages and updates its own product database with a view to substances of very high concern (SVHCs).
To the best of our knowledge and based on the information provided by our suppliers, the products we currently sell – with the exception of those specified in the following REACH list – do not contain more than 0.1 percent (in weight terms) of any deliberately added SVHCs.
Information will be circulated if we gain any knowledge that contradicts this statement.

With effect from January 5, 2021, information about substances on the candidate list that are contained in products must be reported to the SCIP database if and when these products are brought into circulation on the European market. For the products currently on offer in our portfolio, the SCIP registration number is shown in our REACH list.
