In Germany, the Packaging Act aims to prevent or reduce packaging waste for the environment. To achieve this goal, law regulates waste separation of responsible parties ensuring that it is reused or recycled. Market operators should be protected from unfair competition.

As a responsible industrial company, we give you the opportunity to return used, non-sustainable waste materials at the place of actual delivery or in its immediate vicinity. All emptied packaging must meet shape and size of that material which we put on the market.

To ensure a smooth return process, please contact the sales organization responsible for your company prior to shipment. We reserve the right to charge you for the transport costs when you return your packaging. To avoid confusion, please note that you are not obliged to return the packaging to us.
