As a team assistent you take administrative related workload off a team of 10 engineers in Lyngby, Denmark. We are looking for a part time (12 hours per week) 

Team Assistant (m/f/d)

What you can expect

Due to the small size of the team, there will be a wide range of tasks to take care of

  • Invoice and PO handling
  • Negotiate with lokal suppliers on office relate items
  • Salary input handling: reporting of vacation, canteen and travel expenses
  • Handling of vacation applications and calendar
  • Hotel reservation and flight bookings and handling of employees travel expenses
  • Controlling several lists like IT user, keys, ….. but not limited to those
  • Maculation of documents
  • Organisation and preparation for meetings
  • Control and maintain admin folders
  • Collect information for budget
  • Working and updating plans

What you bring to the table

  • You are a service minded person with hands on pratical tasks.
  • Required IT related knowledge:
  • MS Windows 10
  • MS Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Project)
  • English, spoken and written mediume to high level
  • Danish, spoken and written high level
