For the third time in a row, TDK was recognized as a Top Employer in Germany. The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies in around 20 HR areas, including People Strategy, Working Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Well-being and Diversity & Inclusion.
TDK scores particularly well in the areas of Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition and Onboarding. However, we are constantly striving to improve. That’s why we have been launched new initiatives such as the Cross-Departmental Mentoring Program, in which new employees get connected with colleagues from other departments, or the company-wide Town Hall, in which all employees are informed about important developments in the company and can ask questions directly to the Management Board. As a result, in the latest Top Employer 2025 award, we once again made the biggest progress in Onboarding, but also in the areas of Engagement, Purpose & Values as well as Organization & Change. One field that we want to focus on even more in the future is digital transformation, which is also part of the new TDK long-term vision. Interested employees can actively help shape and drive this development as Digital Transformation Agents.
