“In TEG Corporate Controlling, we are responsible for reporting the Group's financial KPIs to the Management Board and TDK HQ. It is essential for us to work closely with the various functions at HQ, as we need their input to get into the details. Co-Founder and Marketing & Customer Development SUIKI (internal startup)

“Through TDK's internal incubator program, I had the chance to found my own startup together with colleagues. At SUIKI, we are developing a technology to destroy per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in water – a topic that is far removed from TDK's core business. It's incredibly rewarding to push new ideas forward and see how TDK invests in innovation and employee development.”
