Sales office in Warsaw cooperates with technical university
In Poland, the TDK sales office in Warsaw and the University of Science and Technology in Krakow have signed a cooperation agreement covering numerous fields. It provides a framework for knowledge exchange, the development of innovative technological solutions, and the training of future experts.
Specifically, the cooperation includes the development of research projects, support for the training of students and lecturers, and training and further education for employees and customers of TDK Poland. Joint meetings and seminars, publications, and participation in scientific conferences and symposia are also planned.
Jan Zachel, President TDK Poland, emphasized: “I am convinced that this cooperation will not only enable us to advance technologically, but also to train highly qualified engineers who will play a key role in shaping the future of the electronics industry.”
Professor Artur Rydosz, coordinator of the cooperation and Associate Dean of the AGH Faculty of Computer Science, Electronics and Telecommunications, said: “The cooperation with TDK Poland is a unique opportunity for our students to gain experience in working with modern technologies. Participation in internships and research projects gives them access to the latest technological achievements and facilitates their entry into the job market.”
The TDK sales office in Warsaw currently employs 20 people and serves Poland, the two Baltic states of Lithuania and Latvia, and Ukraine. The most important industries served are the automotive industry and industrial electronics.
The AGH University of Science and Technology (Polish: Akademia Górniczo-Hutnicza, Academy of Mining and Metallurgy) was founded in 1919 and is the largest technical university in the city of Krakow, with more than 23,500 students and around 2,150 academic staff. It has a reputation as one of the best universities in Poland.
