Shape the future of HR at TDK!As a Specialist Change Management HR Platform (m/f/d), you will drive our global HR digital transformation (HR DX) and ensure the successful worldwide implementation of our global HRIS. You will support stakeholders in understanding, embracing, and effectively applying the new system as well as new processes and ways of working.

Specialist Change Management HR Platform (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Engage and support stakeholders throughout the HRIS implementation with clear communication and guidance
  • Plan and execute change management and communication strategies for the global rollout
  • Design and deliver trainings, workshops, and communication materials
  • Collaborate closely with international project and HR teams
  • Monitor and report on adoption, progress, risks, and challenges
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of project documentation and change management resources

Your qualification

  • Completed degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in change management, ideally within digital transformation projects
  • Training or certification in change management (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS or similar technology implementations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (additional languages, especially Japanese, are a plus)
  • Enthusiasm for intercultural collaboration combined with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
