We are looking for an IT Software Asset Manager (m/f/d) in Szombathely, Málaga or Deutschlandsberg.

IT-Software Asset Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Operation and further development of our service platform (Matrix 42)
  • Establishment and expansion of global ITIL asset management processes
  • Responsible for advising on processes related to the ITIL service platform
  • Responsible for the global software asset management process
  • Advising on and reviewing licensing issues
  • Your area of responsibility is globally oriented
  • Responsible for standardizing and expanding the most important core processes related to IT support
  • Supporting your colleagues in designing new and existing processes
  • Actively supporting the service platform area and involved in the operational processes of license management

Your qualification

  • Successfully completed a degree in computer science, IT systems engineering, or comparable training.
  • At least five years of experience in the above-mentioned areas after completing your training.
  • Many years of experience in IT operations management and its processes (ITIL).
  • You are familiar with service management tools
  • Good knowledge of IT asset management (ITAM)
  • Professional in the field of license management
  • You are familiar with the planning and implementation of IT projects
  • You enjoy working in an international environment and have no difficulty communicating in English
