Head of Product (m/f/d)

What you can expect

gather and prioritize product, service, and customer requirements; define the solution vision from contact with customers and prospects, industry expertise and opinion leaders, related product groups, sales and industry research.
develop product specifications and the interactive mock-ups or prototypes required for demonstration and development of the solutions, using appropriate tools and techniques.
develop a multi-year product roadmap that supports and drives achievement of the venture’s goals.
plan, manage, and oversee all the team’s development activities, including coordination of internal and external resources, schedules and budgets.
devise an infrastructure and process for agile development, product-line testing, maintenance, phased iterative release, and customer support to ensure that the Initiative’s product and service lines meet and exceed customer expectations.
collaborate across the mitai team and with pilot customers to refine the value proposition, product positioning, core functionality, pricing strategy and sales support materials.

What you bring to the table

you finished an economic or technical apprenticeship or finished a similar study program.
you gathered 5+ years of experience in product management, with experience building early-stage products from conception through launch and beyond.
you already gathered 3+ years of experience in developing software applications.
you worked 2+ years in a customer-facing role such as sales, consulting, or sales engineering.
you gathered first P&L management experience.
you have an exceptional strategic orientation.
you can identify customer problems and translate them into product concepts and features.
you have a strong ability to deal with ambiguity.
you ideally bring along some first startup experience.
you feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment inside a corporate startup where you have a great deal of flexibility, autonomy and responsibility.
