Award from the Indian Electronics Industry Association

TDK in India has once again received an award from the Indian electronics industry association ELCINA in the Research & Development category for the development and manufacturing of a completely new series of X2 capacitors for interference suppression. This is the second time that TDK has been honored in this category: in 2024, ELCINA recognized TDK India for the development and production of PEC, MKP, AC and DC capacitors at its Nashik site. 

The new X2 capacitors with a rated voltage of 350 volts AC (VAC) are the first products of their kind on the market. They feature a particularly compact design, high reliability, global certifications, and competitive costs. With this new development, TDK India is responding to a significant increase in demand for compact X2 capacitors that offer improved performance characteristics, particularly in the industrial and energy sectors.
