This program aims to support aspiring internal entrepreneurs and startups by providing them with mentors, resources, and opportunities to develop their business ideas in collaboration with our experts. Our first internal startup is already up and running, and it won't be the last. To develop more ideas and products, we need your help! We are looking for a motivated and talented Working Student (m/f/d) for our Global Business Incubation Program . As a Working Student within our Global Busines Incubator Program, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our project management team. Your role will involve actively contributing to the development and success of the program by providing valuable support in various aspects of departmental administration.

Working student for the Global Business Incubation Program (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the incubation team in daily activities related to idea generation, opportunity mapping, customer discovery, value chain mapping and new business generation
  • Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of workshops, events, and training sessions for participating startup
  • Supporting the management of projects within the incubation program to ensure timely achievement of milestones and goal
  • Maintaining and analyzing project information using Agile tools like Miro, Airtable, Jira/Confluence (desirable), as well as Excel, Teams, PowerPoint and Word

Your qualification

  • Enrolled student in a relevant field of study, such as Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, UX design, or a similar program
  • Strong interest in innovation and entrepreneurship
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to collect and structure information from various sources
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. German language skills are a plus
  • Experience with digital tools for Agile collaboration, such as Miro, Jira, Confluence, Figma and Airtable, is a plus
  • Previous experience in a startup environment or a business incubation program is an advantage
