Film capacitors for AC filtering are mainly used in the filter stage of solar inverters and UPS systems. TDK offers capacitors with a wide voltage range and high ripple current capability for harmonic filtering. These series feature a dielectric film design that enhances self-healing and lowers ESR, alternatively. For an extended service life and a more reliable and rugged design, models with a segmented film structure are available.
