TDK Code of Conduct

We are committed to acting in constant compliance with all relevant laws and in accordance with generally accepted social norms. It follows that we are committed to upholding the TDK Code of Conduct, which summarizes all standards and behavioral norms of relevance to our company. This Code of Conduct is binding throughout the TDK Corporation and its consolidated subsidiaries, and for all TDK Group executives and employees.

Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Sustainable added value across the whole company

The United Nations have formulated 17 political objectives known as the Sustainable Development Goals, or SDGs. The aim of these SDGs is to promote and ensure sustainable economic, societal and ecological development worldwide. TDK Electronics supports these aims and contributes to realizing the defined goals.

Responsible Business Alliance

The Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) is the world’s largest industry coalition dedicated to corporate social responsibility in global supply chains. In its capacity as a member of the RBA, TDK continuously improves its operating processes in accordance with the RBA Code of Conduct. By adopting the RBA Code of Conduct as the standard within the company, TDK Electronics strives to more fully assume its responsibility toward society.

ZVEI Code of Conduct on Social Responsibility

TDK Electronics also declares its support for the ZVEI Code of Conduct. These rules regarding social responsibility were developed by the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers’ Association (ZVEI) as a set of guidelines for the industry, with a particular focus on working conditions, environmental protection, transparency, collaboration and dialogue.
