TDK is once again Top Employer 2024 in Germany. As part of the comprehensive certification, the Top Employers Institute has rated the work and development opportunities for TDK employees even better than last year. The Top Employers Institute evaluates companies in around 20 HR areas, including Strategy and Leadership, Work Environment, Talent Attraction & Retention, Learning & Development, Well Being and Diversity & Inclusion.

Project Manager Ina Petrasch from Corporate Human Resources TDK Electronics explains: “We looked at the results from 2023 to integrate new programs and further develop processes. We are therefore very pleased that we performed even better in some areas in the re-certification than last year.” TDK made the biggest progress in the areas of Well Being, Employer Branding, Digital HR and Organization and Change.

As with the 2023 certification, TDK also scored well again in the areas of Business Strategy, Learning and Sustainability. “We are very pleased about this, as these aspects are an important basis for a successful and sustainable corporate culture,” adds Ina Petrasch.
