TVS Diodes LTSPICE Model Library for SEED Simulations
The LTSPICE model library provides models for the ESD terminal voltage behavior of selected TDK TVS diodes. Designers can use the models to perform SEED (System Efficient ESD Design) simulations and quickly and reliably select the appropriate TVS diode for ESD protection of their electronic circuit.
