Head of Sales & Marketing (m/f/d)

In your new role you will ...

  • be responsible for defining the strategy and execution for how our startup reaches our customers.
  • develop how we go from the initial connection with a potential customer to the fulfillment of our brand promise.
  • ensure that our product features and value meet the high expectations.
  • help to refine the product, market, and customer need and you will play a leading role in developing a pricing strategy and business model that exceeds our customers’ expectations.
  • combine the website with automated marketing tools to drive traffic, build a robust pipeline of opportunities that convert into significant revenue growth.
  • not do this only by yourself, our whole team will be there with you. As we start to build traction, you will find energetic and creative individuals to join your team and rocket launch mitai.

You will succeed in the role because ...

  • you are a self-starter who is motivated to build something new, riding the highs and lows as you challenge yourself and the team around you.
  • you have proven sales success while working in senior sales management where you have turned around a failing product category or business unit, or in a startup GTM role where you have shown initiative and endurance to build sales traction from the ground up.
  • you gathered 5+ years of experience in direct sales/marketing in a software company.
  • you hold a bachelor’s in business or marketing.
  • you have strong strategic planning skills and leadership capabilities and you are able to easily collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • you have contributed to product marketing campaigns and helped develop innovative outreach methodologies using new marketing tools and technologies (e.g., integrated marketing campaigns).
  • in essence, you are a focused individual who successfully drives outcomes and delivers results.
